Photo Purchase Terms & Agreement

By purchasing and downloading any photos from JFlickz Media, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ownership & Copyright

All photos remain the exclusive property of JFlickz Media and the photographer.
Purchasing a photo grants you a license to use, not ownership of the image.

JFlickz Media retains full copyright at all times.

2. Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted permission to use the purchased images for:

Personal use
Social media
Promotional use
School/athletic use
Business marketing (unless otherwise stated)

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the photos
Claim the photos as your own work
Use the photos for commercial resale (merch, prints for sale, ads for resale) without written permission

For extended commercial rights, please contact JFlickz Media.

3. Watermark Removal

Watermarks are removed only after full payment is received.

Any attempt to:

Crop out
Edit out
Cover
Remove
the watermark without purchasing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

4. Credit & Attribution

When posting images online, credit is appreciated and encouraged:

Credit is required unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Editing & Alterations

You may apply light edits (cropping, filters, resizing) for personal use.

You may NOT:

Drastically alter the image
Remove branding
Add misleading elements
Use the image in a way that damages the photographer’s reputation

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of photography products:

All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges once files have been delivered.

7. Unauthorized Use

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of images without purchase or permission is prohibited and may result in:

Removal requests
Legal action
Additional licensing fees

8. Agreement Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
